Helen was fantastic (4/26/2024). I was a walk-in, expecting the worst because no appointments Online were available. The reviews didn't sound the best about the wait times. After the check-in kiosk, I had a 7 minute wait. Within 19 minutes I was walking to my vehicle. HELEN was great and the sole reason for the 5 STARs.

Such a kind receptionist/phlebotomist. I let her know ahead of time that I have almost passed out before when getting my blood drawn and that I’m not a big fan of needles. She went above and beyond to relieve my anxiety and distract me. I highly recommend going here ☀️ 10/10 service
