They JUST updated the time on the website because they heard my lip about it! I came in for bloodwork 9:45 Saturday morning. The original closing time was noon, apparently that's not the case. They close at 10:30am & were unable to do my bloodwork. I had been off my medications for 1 week to have this done & now they want me off for an additional week! I told them the website/Google time needs to be updated to avoid this from happening again. Thanks alot.

DO NOT COME HERE FOR PRE-EMPLOYMENT DRUG SCREEN. They don’t do it and will refer you to the one located at 920 LARK STREET ALBANY!!!!

Avoid this location at all costs. The parking is cramped, and the customer service is terrible. The workers are rude and act entitled. The Labcorp mobile driver was especially rude both when I entered and exited the building. It seems you're not supposed to use the clearly marked "EXIT" door. The attitude and rudeness were completely uncalled for. The mobile driver then deliberately blocked several cars in the parking lot and honked excessively when people were trying to leave, insisting on leaving first. It was a horrible experience. If you hate your job that much, find something else to do with your time. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION.

Very unorganized. Not very friendly. No one answers the phone. Ever. Weeks for weeks There way to stressed out to be giving anyone needles. Not very clean at all. I’ve read other comments. And don’t understand anyone staying with these people. Never go there again

Can't begin to explain the issues. The software they use is inferior. Very unorganized poor record-keeping. No one answers the phone so drove multiple trips down to get answers phone

Please do Not use this lab if you want someone to draw the proper labs for your child. I chose this lab because it was close by home, I have used them for myself with no issues so instead of traveling to AMC for my daughters labs this time during her fever surge I went there. My daughters doctors have not recieved all of the really important lab work that they need to continue to follow her trends in the labs. I am furious and disappointed in my choices for my child’s medical care. I won’t ever be using this location again. I confirmed with them what labs needed to be drawn up and they failed to get them all when I really needed them!

Helen was fantastic (4/26/2024). I was a walk-in, expecting the worst because no appointments Online were available. The reviews didn't sound the best about the wait times. After the check-in kiosk, I had a 7 minute wait. Within 19 minutes I was walking to my vehicle. HELEN was great and the sole reason for the 5 STARs.

Such a kind receptionist/phlebotomist. I let her know ahead of time that I have almost passed out before when getting my blood drawn and that I’m not a big fan of needles. She went above and beyond to relieve my anxiety and distract me. I highly recommend going here ☀️ 10/10 service

Nickie, the phlebotomist, was great. She has professional bedside manner, when assisting my mother. She asked questions and made sure she was comfortable.They have a kiosk station to register. It asks for your drivers license and insurance information before you are called for blood draw.They have parking in the back and when we were there , it was not crowded.

Went in yesterday January 13th and got there maybe 20 to 25 min. B4 they closed and the 2 women that were working said they didn’t have time for me. According to google says their labcorp closes at 12:00. And I told them and they said no we always close at 10:30. It wasn’t 10:30 yet they could have took me. They had only 1 other person in there and me. When you’re in healthcare you should take the time for others. They were obviously in a rush to leave. They sent me to the one on state street. They have great customer service on state street so I will just go there all the time now. My boyfriend was with me and our toddler was with us when they turned me away we just looked at each other and just can’t believe how lazy. They had time for me and best part is when I went to the other place, took the girl only 5 min. So the two women on union street would have still got to leave at 10:30.

This rating is not about the technicians. They were great. The problem came when I received a bill from my insurance saying the bloodwork wasn’t covered bc they are an out-of-network provider. Why couldn’t they tell me that before I had blood taken???? They never asked for my insurance card I don’t think but they must’ve bc they knew who to bill. I filed a grievance with my insurance company but I’m not sure it’s their fault…

Only one person working today at Union Street location when I got here at 7am. This woman was wonderful and caring. She knew what she was doing, a true medical professional. Highly recommend !! 12/27/23.
