Got my inspection done and was told my brake cable was loose. Was also told by the service manager if i brought it back after fixing the issue there'd be no charge. One inspection later and I was charged an additional ten dollars for re-inspection. Sad but these things happen i guess.

I only will go to this shop as they are USUALLY pretty good. NOT ON THE DAY I WENT - waited 3 hours for 2 front tires and an alignment. Honestly, they took me right in and there was 2 people in the lobby waiting as well. Tires were done within 1 1/2 hours, but the game playing started with waiting. The alignment machine was broke. Instead of telling me, they drove to another store to get the tool, they tried multiple things to get it working and kept me waiting. after close to 3 hours, I finally asked what was going on and wanted the car back. The good out of this is they gave me a free alignment the next day, again, waiting 1 1/2 hours. Anita was nice and apologetic, but the main manager could not give 2 craps about getting me in and out the next day - said I had to wait just like everybody else. Shame on him.

Told me no wait time from another store I arrived and waited 45 min still no service so I left

Gave a 5 star review previously because they took money off my bill for doing so. Went there 2 days ago for rear brake work and walked out with a ridiculous estimate of over a thousand dollars! Went to a reputable mechanic and paid a third of that price. They will try to rip you off for their commission!! Don't go there unless you don't mind giving your money away!
