Have only had an oil change here, but they seem honest and do not try to sell unneeded things. Will be my to go car place from now on.
The Firestone told me all 4 of my rotors needed to be replaced despite having no significant rust and lots of pad left (and I repalced them within the last 2 years). McGregor confirmed my brakes were fine.

Had my car die and got a tow to McGregor Auto Service. The owner did a quick diagnostic and identified a fuse blew, replaced the fuse, and let me know it blew again and that there is likely a short somewhere. I recently had collision work done elsewhere, so while he didn't do any additional work (because I had to get the repair done at the same collision place for insurance purposes), he was a great help in a time of need. Despite his time, he would not accept payment. Class act, definitely plan to utilize his services for inevitable future car repairs.

Last July I had the fuel pump replaced on my 2015 Chevy Silverado at Mcgregor Auto Service. The repair fixed my issue however I recently noticed a loss of fuel pressure and an audible whine coming from the fuel tank. When I called Mcgregor to set up an appointment to check out my truck, they were able to get me right in. They replaced my faulty pump free of charge! It’s nice to see a repair shop stand by their parts and service. I would highly recommend Mcgregor Auto to anyone.

My husband and I have already had such an amazing response and experience from this business and the owner, and we haven't even taken the car in question into the shop yet. We are so grateful knowing someone cares enough to help us get our teenager's car back on the road safely. We will be switching all of our auto repair work from now on to this place. McGreagor Auto on Erie Blvd is awesome. Super honest, and will only fix what needs to be fixed. My first time going there everything was pointing to my starter failing, but it really just needed a wire to be soldered on at a fraction of replacing the starter. Many other examples like that where he could’ve taken my money and always acted with integrity if a simple repair was needed, and always great to work with.

I am always confident my vehicle repairs will be diagnosed quickly and properly and all repairs are completed in a timely fashion at a very reasonable cost. Scheduling an appointment is quick and easy as well. In my mine, you can’t go wrong with McGregor Auto Service!!

Had a brand new car go in for a highly recommended clutch replacement car comes back to me with slipping and couldn’t grab in any gear and he wanted to play along like it had to get wore in and let me On my way! So I don’t recommend someone that number one wants to try talking over you like u don’t know shit and number two not replace threads into my transmission but couldn’t do that and stripy bolt and left it and says it’s aftermarket part it’s no guarantee like seriously your thirsty for money it looks like

I took my Grandson’s car to Vinnie and his team, and because it was an older Dodge the replacement part I needed was not available. Vinnie worked with me to obtain a remanufactured part and communicated with me until the car was up and running . Vinnie gives you great customer service and great mechanical expertise. McGregor Electric is a much better choice than the dealers. 5 plus stars
