The ladies that work her were excellent. Great customer service and very down to earth. Has that mom and pop shop feeling. One of the shirts I had ordered had the tiniest hole in it which I probably would not have noticed and they pointed it out and gave it to me for free. That's honesty.

Wow. I have never walked into a store and gotten yelled at while trying to give them my business. If you don't do Names and numbers on items then perhaps you should remove the faq on your website that says you do offer those services. Either way a nice referral to a local shop would have been the appropriate response. Not yelling at me as to why you don't do that anymore. Ps/ the embroidery on the backpacks that you said was impossible was done this afternoon by one of your local competitors. Thanks for your expert advice.
