I brought in my enterprise rental vehicle due to a nail in the tire. They took my vehicle right in (I made an appointment the night before online) and made the process so easy. Monroe Auto Service and Tire Center in Schenectady was kind, efficient, and quick.
With so many auto/tire services to choose from, I’m thankful I brought my vehicle here and I would absolutely recommend this place.

Having had my car towed to Monro, after closing hours, the service rep contacted me in the AM to discuss the problems. Soon after, he informed me of what needed to be done and when they would start the repairs. Everything was done in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend Monro Car Service.

Inexperience workers, I don’t know how this is a work shop and they can’t fix anything. They couldn’t pass my inspection because some things needed to be fixed but don’t know how to fix it.
Don’t waste your time and money!
