This studio is usually okay service. However my experience this time the older lady was so rude, she yelled at me, just because I told her I didn't like what she did. The base she kept saying was pink when I'm telling her it's clear. She became very short with me and refused to change what she did. Bad customer service.

Went in to get acrylic overlay and chin waxed.
We went in for the wax first, once I got back to the wax table, the lady explained that the hair I wanted removed was not directly on my chin but my neck, because it’s where the neck and chin connect.
I didn’t argue, she finished. We went to the front register and she told the clerk the service was TWENTY DOLLARS…. Confused, I questioned saying $20? The lady said “yes because I did neck and chin” which simply was not true. But, I didn’t argue the point, I just paid and left because they completely forgot about me wanting to get my nails done and I simply didn’t want to finish the service after that interaction anyway.

Rude stylist. Kept complaining about my tension, but was causing my tension. Cut my skin, which then bled, then kept on complaining how I hurt her with me tensing up afterwards.
Decided very impulsively to get my nails done for the first time in forever & was treated poorly.

Absolutely horrible experience. I came in and asked for an acrylic removal and she did not soak my nails and used a fake nail to lift the acrylic on my nails. I bleed twice on two different fingers. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Unfortunately this was the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I’ll note that I have been here twice before and had lovely other employees take care of me. Not today!
The most rude person I have ever had did my nails. I believe she was at station 4.
She was very hard handling my hands, she cut my finger which made it bleed, didn’t even apologize, pushed my hands away to dry each time. Wouldn’t talk to me at all when I only spoke to her twice nicely.
I 12/10 do not recommend ever stepping foot in this place. I will never go back here. I am a very kind person and have never felt so poorly about a self care service. Do better!!!

Do not I repeat do not go here for service especially with Nancy chair 4. She is very rude and all over the place. She did a horrible job and when ask can she fix she refused and said no honey this good work. Now tell me is this good work ? Then had the nerves to beg for a tip. I left and went to Lavender nails on union Street in Schenectady they need the department of health to check that place as well yuck they do not sterilize nothing. Nancy is a horrible person and needs to be fired asap. My little sister that’s 8 years old could have did a better job

Extremely rude. Brought myself and 2 daughters for pedicures. They basically ignored us, said they'd get to us when they can. We waited quietly about 20 minutes and a woman said "You want a full pedicure or just polish change?" I told her we all wanted full pedicures. She very sharply replied "it's $33 " I said ok, and how much for kids? She again sharply said " I said $33. Kids very hard to do. It's a lot of work same price kid or you. Want it or not?"
...... Now her tone and their lack of customer service and just overall kindness was awful. Never again would I go back. My kids were so disappointed.. we literally sat there over 20 minutes waiting... No signs saying they don't do kids pedicures or anything.. just terrible service and ridiculous pricing!

The women cut my skin, filled my nail down to the point where my nail bed hurt?. I got them done yesterday and it was bad $85 dollars ? my nails are not even and she cut my real nail down. I don’t wear tips or anything. She cut my real nail all the way down to the nail bed. It is very painful.. I would not suggest you go there. Or just don’t go to her and I can’t tell you her name but I know she had the phone. never told me to wash my hands she painted over Dustin debris. It was just horrible.

Just wanted a pretty oval french tip ?. Every single nail was rigid and uneven, extremely scratchy. I don’t think I’d honestly go here again. Probably the worst $50 I’ve spent on a set

I went here because it was highly recommended by co workers. I hadn't had my nails done professionally in over 15 years. Let me tell you, this place is complete garbage. I had to cone hone and reshape, make them smooth, and rebuff my nails. They were wider than my fingers, all lumpy, and all kinds of misshapen. Never again. I have ordered the materials needed and did a better job myself. Such a disappointment!
