Rude and Disrespectful Customer Service.I drove from Albany to this Job Lot and I arrived 6 minutes before 7pm. The website shows Job Lot closes at 7PM. As soon as I open the door of the store, all the 5 women working yelled at me "We are closed, we are closed, we need to go home". I show them the clock, we still have 6 min before the closing time. I just need to grab something quick it takes 2 minutes, I told them. An old lady came aggressively closer to pushing me and said "don't let me push you... get out" she said. I left while they all kept yelling...They were all rude and disrespectful.

Great deals on household items. This time, I needed a carpet, roomsizied. Perfect style and price. Also picked up a metal shelving unit for well under the other retail stores pricing. Spices, unique foods and odds and ends you don't find anywhere else. Also learn about their crazy deals. It sweet.

Schenectady store has been remodeled and it looks great. Aisles are easy to maneuver,fully stocked for the holidays too. They have helpful staff as well.
