“I am posting to recognize one of your employees, Andrew. He was absolutely amazing to work with and very understanding regarding our copier issues (error message and toner). He was courteous and responsive to our needs. Andrew stayed late on the project yesterday and today trying to get us back up and running quickly. He even sourced a new board for the copier as he understood we had been without printing capabilities for several days. Andrew originally thought it would be a couple of days at the earliest to receive the new board.Lastly, he identified the issue regarding the scanner and that with a new board we would need to work with our IT vendor to fix the issue. His professionalism and tenacity to come to a quick resolution was refreshing. “I knew exactly what I needed, which was printer paper so I went straight to the printer paper and brought it up to the register. The nice young lady at the counter by the copier center checked me out to help me avoid the long line over at the registers by the door. Then I asked a question about some materials I had purchased for a trial last year that I ended up, not needing and just found a few days ago. She told me that I could still return them and get credit, even the opened package of whiteout that I tried in the store last year and couldn’t figure out how to use. This is helpful because I’m not working right now, so every little bit helps. Stores that are changing their return policies, like LOWES, don’t get my business anymore, unfortunately. Staples has an excellent return policy.”
