I paid $20 for Whisker City Robotic White Mouse Toy
I opened it as soon as I got home only to find it didn't work.
So I went to Walmart to get new batteries which was another $20
When I put the new batteries in, it only worked for 5 seconds and died. Please remove this cheap product from all Petsmarts. Might as well order from Alibaba or Temu

I have consistently been satisfied with the service at this PetSmart location, but I was taken aback by the front associate with an unprofessional demeanor (short female, square glasses with long blonde/brown hair). I selected three toys for my dogs from a bin labeled $4.99, with no other prices indicated. When the male associate scanned the 3 toys, I questioned the total before he scanned my other items, and he explained that the toys were actually $9.99 each. I suggested that we verify the price before checkout, and the male associate confirmed that the bin was indeed labeled $4.99. The male associate then asked the female associate if she could adjust the price for me due to the tag being in the wrong spot or the product. However, the female associate intervened, stating that the price was incorrect and that they are doing a reset this week. She offered to honor the lower price for only one toy. Before I could decline, as the toys were part of a set she whispered a comment about societal norms and implied that I was being unreasonable. I found her behavior unprofessional, particularly her decision to speak under her breath and make comparisons about other customers to me. If the product was mispriced, I would have appreciated it if she had taken the initiative to correct the error or relocate the product without the added comments.
Being a manager myself in retail you should be addressing this with your teammate making it known that not every customer has the same intentions. Rather than making assumptions and being biased, how about being understanding and willing to compromise.
***In the end I would like to appreciate the kind male associate that said he was fairly new, for greeting me at the register and was spoken to with respect and kindness. Thank you for recognizing how I was wrongly perceived. We need more of you in this cold world….

I went to partake in the “yappy hour” grooming where certain services are around 5-10% off. I went in around 5:45pm requesting to do a nail trim for my dog and one of the groomers claimed they were closed. It is posted on google the groomers close at 7pm and even if they are changing their hours to close at 6pm, I certainly was there before 6pm. I gave no problem and as i was about to exit the grooming walk in room, another groomer walked in and happily took my dog to do her nails. I did mention it to the manager and they tried to sweet talk me that they are changing closing hours to 6pm but I still see no reason to turn down a customer 15 minutes before closing especially for a quick nail trim. Needless to say, I will not be coming back for services. Hope closing early is worth the loss in sales.

Continues to be the worst grooming salon there is. My appointments are constantly being canceled or I get plain turned away. There is ZERO communication when cancelled. And they do not call you for your appointment reminders ( not like I need one ) but apparently customer service said they are to do that. I had an appointment and I wasn’t acknowledged until about 10 minutes later for them to say I’m late. Mentioning a time later than the time after was … did not even try to get me in for my appointment. They still had dogs at their stations so clearly they were over booked and cancelling or in my case TURNING APPOINTMENTS AWAY. I mentioned this was a constant thing - my last appointment I came on a Sunday 8 am for the SALON TO BE CLOSED DUE TO NO STAFF. WHEN WAS SOMEONE GOING TO TELL ME??? I guess when I got there at 8 am on a Sunday ( my day off ). Again , no communication - they charge a lot of money for the add ons too which I get because I want the baths to be worth it. But devoting your day to these grooming appointments that take hours for them to be cancelled is crazy. In conclusion, don’t waste your time with this salon. Go somewhere more reputable and that is considerate to your money and time.

I just came home and found out the 12 pack of cat food I bought for $26 was missing 2 cans without the seal being tampered with. I called the store 10m before close and was fobbed off. I had no hard line to give, but wanted to talk to someone to tell them that their loss prevention needs more work because I just lost $4+ shopping there. It was on me because I didn't notice the box was light, but be wary buying from this location...

Took my puppy here for training but had to leave due to an emergency. Called the trainer. She rescheduled for a Saturday that wasn't even the correct date. I've returned SIX times on the dates that she promised and she didn't even show up. I have a Belgian Malinois, German shepherd, lab mix so I need a little help training my puppers. Don't waste my time, money and gas. Not happy!!! Got a refund.
Employee that helped us was SUPER friendly but even more upset because he told us that she's ALWAYS there Mondays-Fridays but wasn't there the times she promised?
