I take someone from our church to get groceries there. He uses an MVP Nations Benefits card and for the last couple of months it has worked every time. However, yesterday (8/18) it did not. He was extremely frustrated at the financial embarrassment and had to scramble to get a method of payment to buy his groceries. I went to the customer service desk to let them know of the problem. The woman that was working there apologized, which was nice, however it was clear that she felt powerless to do anything. A big operation like M32 must have folks that set this method of payment up and could look into why the transaction failed and get back to us. Please make sure your employees feel like they are empowered to bring these easily verifiable problems up to management.

This store used to be so nice. In the last several years it has plummeted to an all time low. The store is unfriendly, the food outdated, the produce looks as if it walked there. When you bring these issues up to a manager they say they will take care of it yet you go back and the same items are on the shelves. Staff are arrogant and condescending. Sadly this is the new normal.the produce section is warm, apples are not firm or cool. No checkout areas open except for express self checkout, I don’t work for Price Chopper or whatever they go by, the Asian woman at the self checkout just laughs at you if you have an issue with their scanners! I wish I could get a job just standing laughing at people all day. Then they have the gall to say have a nice day. If the store is open have the service center open, nowhere on this sight under hours does it give the service center hours just pharmacy

Nice layout. Fresh, fresh, fresh is all I need to say. Meat department, seafood and they cook the seafood for you, the bakery. Don’t go hungry.

During a shopping trip 2 days ago, I decided to order a few deli items. As I approached the counter I saw that this market 32 on Altamont Ave are now carrying and showcasing Boars Head deli meats and cheeses. The same Boars Head that has sickened and unalived innocent consumers in the last several months. WTH!!! Not shopping here, not stepping a foot inside ever again which is sad because I've utilized this particular store for over 12 years. Do better Market 32.

Price chopper used to have rotterdams bagels and Italian bread. Bagels are now inedible, and Italian bread is soft with no crust at all. Neither the bread or bagels should be considered food grade. I have noticed a change in personell.that my explain it.if you need bagels or if you need crusty Italian bread you MUST GO ELSEWHERE!

Went to the deli for some items and staff were cursing and expressing they disliked their jobs. Very unprofessional will not be going to the deli here for anything anymore.

Went there today to do my shopping and was told that self check out is for 20 items or less. I’m sorry maam did you count my items cause I didn’t have 100+. I o ly had 24 items. So pretty sure I could’ve gone through the self check out. If she’s that good she shouldn’t be working at price chopper. Rude

Even though the prices of food has gone up quite a lot, sometimes you can still find decent deals on various grocery items. The homemade fresh pizza is way better than most take out pizza elsewhere, and the price doesn't break the bank. It was delicious. I was also impressed with the very helpful employees at this location.

June 15th 2024 at 7 pm went to the deli counter to order deli meat the ladies working the counter sliced my deli meats and when I ask for cheese they told me they not slicing the slicer is already clean take the pre sliced cheese very rude . I they close at 8:00 this is the second time a problem at the deli department in 2 weeks what is going on with customer service at the price chopper store on Altamont Avenue
