Purchased a Visa Gift card here and it was drained of funds before it had been removed from the package. I am currently disputing with the card issuing company, which takes months.
The only place the gift card physically was was in the store. I will not be shopping here again, I don’t have time to deal with shady staff and card fraud issues.

back story on July 22 I called the altamount ave store order 2 ,2 foot subs for pick up on Sunday July 24 for 11am . it was confirmed in the phone for pickup at this time . I went into this location today the 24th at 11:15am waiting in line at the deli and once my turn was there asked for my pre ordered subs . one employee said she couldn't find them another asked me if I had the right store as the first employee came out with order sheet and told me they would get right on it . then a manager approached me and said they were unable to give me my PRE ORDERED SUBS. because the bread was never made . I got no Compensation no other other offers . the manager told me there was nothing they could do for me because the bread was never made. this was all 30 minuets before my party was to start .

Helpful grocery clerks, plenty of cash registers open. Nice variety at deli counter and in the frozen food department. Produce Dept is well stocked and fresh!

Okay I just wanted to make sure I put this here and that the managers of this store is aware. I went to pick up a couple groceries for my friends, and walked over to the fish market. The employee there was over at the deli chatting it up with his coworkers, so I had to wait a couple minutes for him to finish his conversation. While he was preparing my order, a store manager (or what looked like a manager - he was dressed up in a suit and tie) walked over stocking items up and he was conversing with the guy behind the fish market. They had an exchange about who he was checking up on - clearly playful banter. But what threw me off was that the fish market employee said to the manager that he should be checking up on the deli employees (who are both black) in a joking manner. The manager replies saying something to the likes of, " these n*****s ........" and made a reference to corn regarding them. After the fish market employee just stared at me like "did she hear that?!?" Yes. Yes, I did. These are both white men who clearly do not care about their customers nor their coworkers. Straight racist. I hope that this gets to someone in charge and I'd be more than happy to share details regarding this experience.
