“The girl that works at this place is friggin awesome. Helped me out with a return and schooled me on the way to do it myself next time around. Really chill atmosphere and great service. Should have more people working at places like her. Applause 👏 ✌”
“This place is so great. Originally called in for a quote from Eric who was really helpful. Went in a few days later as a walk in and Denis was able to help me print over 3 documents all stapled, and sorted at a very competitive rate. Special thank you to Denis for your help with making sure my data was protected and that my copies were made quickly and cleanly! I will definitely be using this location for all of my printing needs in the future!”
“This business is great for mail/shipping services. They have a good office/school supply selection. They also offer products from local artisans and small businesses. The employees and owner are very knowledgeable and helpful”
“They did a wonderful job. Extremely responsive and professional. Ethan was so pleasant to work with and went above and beyond to get the print ready as soon a possible. Highly recommended.”
“Love this UPS store location. Use their service often. Don Surge (Manager) is very helpful all times working efficiently and knowledgeable when prompted with questions. Professional, & providing accurate service everyday.”
“We just had our 2nd work vehicle completed by Infamous and we had a small issue, but they got me as soon as they opened the doors and fixed the issue within 5 minutes. As a small business we get a lot of attention from our vehicles and these guys do an excellent job. Highly recommend.”
“They have been nothing but exceptional in everything I’ve had done in the past 10 years.
They actually carry Niska Unicorn made Niskayuna merchandise! That money goes to feed kids in our community through the Nisky Now program…
Thank you Nott ST Office!!!”
“Matt is amazing — I go to him for every single one of my printing needs! He is incredibly responsive as well as quick and goes out of his way to make sure that the product you get is the one you asked for. No one else in town is better!”
“I have to ship large boxes for work multiple times a year and have always had a great experience here. The reviews are really surprising to me because I've never found the two guys working here to be rude. They're certainly busy, but they do a good job and always provide a great thoughtful service. They're also pretty quick, usually never a line.”
“This 5 star review is for the manager Carol! She was a total rockstar helping me print all of my bridal shower needs. She was also helping other employees at the same time, truly multi tasking at its finest. I hope she is there every time I have to print something. Thank you Carol!!”
“Robert was incredibly knowledgeable, kind,
professional and patient in helping me with my project today. I highly recommend this site for all your printing and shipping needs. All the staff are courteous and helpful.”
“They’re awesome there they’re helpful. They’re Fast workers and they help you out a lot, which makes a lot more easier when you’re not too sure how to operate certain things or how to send certain things so you’re not spending way too much money great workers I don’t know where people get off saying only one start and complaining about really dumb things. Maybe they close a couple minutes early because something came up or they had to leave early shit happens.”
