We dropped our truck off just hours after we called. (We should have taken this as a head's up that they were able to get us in right away.) Our truck was stuck in low gear. They told us it needed a rebuilt transmission and that they needed 2k in cash to begin. It would cost $3,900. They could not accept credit because "their machines were down". When we asked if their machines would be up later, they said "probably not, it 's a problem with the phone wires". Thank goodness we took it to another place who told us there was nothing wrong with the truck. It actually came out of low gear on it's own. What a RIP OFF con job this place is!
