This pharmacy is a disaster. They’re severely understaffed, the pickup line moves at a snail’s pace, and it takes ages to get anything done. It’s clear they don’t care about patients or customers.

This pharmacy is absolutely awful, and the worst one I’ve ever had the misfortune of using.
After they unfortunately closed the one I was using on Gerling Street I was recommended to switch to this one which was a terrible mistake. I’ve never had issues switching pharmacies until now. When they initially refilled my prescription last month they did it incorrectly so that it showed up as having no refills when in fact it did. Because of that this month I had to call it in directly to the pharmacist. The problem is that this trash pharmacy NEVER ANSWERS THEIR PHONE. I’ve only ever had them answer it once and that was over a month ago.
Now whenever I try to call I get put on hold for over a half hour. I got through to someone and she confirms I have refills and she tells me they’ll get working on it then she abruptly hangs up. Days go by, I’m now out of my medication, and I keep calling and it keeps telling me ‘we’re still working on it’ and that its ‘processing’ when it should have been filled within 24 hours at the latest normally.
And every time I would call I get put on hold for over a half hour, with the last time being over 40 minutes only for someone to FINALLY pick up but then hang up on me, forcing me back into a queue when I call again. I was forced to have my doctor change pharmacies because I was done at this point, but my insurance was still tied up with the prescription this awful pharmacy still wasn’t filling so I had to go in person to see what was going on- only to discover that they just never bothered to fill it when I had called it in 5 days ago. I had to wait there 15 minutes for them to fill it finally.
This will be the last time I use this place and I’ve switched. Luckily my medication isn’t critical, but imagine if it was? Its terrible practice, and they have the worst service ever. When I went there in person the place was a mess, and they didn’t even care that I had called in the prescription to be filled in 5 days ago and it was never filled. Don’t have your medicine done here if you can avoid it.

Every other pharmacy ive used i get notifications when prescriptions are called in / available, but going here requires you to constantly call and waste a real person’s time to check. Very frustrating

This store sucks! Very little product on the shelves. Pharmacy very busy. 1 cashier/ technician??? Not a good experience!!! Will go elsewhere!!!!! More friendly and competent!!!

Worst Walgreens store and staff ever. My friend had experience working there in the pharmacy, and the pharmacy staff’s attitudes are so rude and inconsiderable treating us like labor, looking for their needs only and treating anyone under the pharmacist like they are nothing. Their supervisors are just the same so complaining is useless.

They don't have Nice brand in stock and they can't me when the inventory will be coming.
They keep saying it is on a truck, but don't know if that Nice item is actually on the truck.
Get better control of your inventories coming to each store !

I had been waiting on a prescription for cluster headaches for a month from a separate Walgreens. The drug was on back order but they were able to find some at this particular location. When they transferred the prescription I received a call indicating they would fill it because of a previous prescription and an interaction it could have. They refused to fill it despite me explaining when I take the specific drugs and that they are not taken together. I also explained the very real pain associated with the condition I have and the fact that the medication they refused to provide is the only thing that helps to stop it. The pharmacists said they were going “get right on it.” I received no call back that day to inform me they were not going to fill it. When I called that night the pharmacist just told me they had left a message with my dr and were waiting to hear back. I guess it was off their plate so it no longer mattered. I simply cancelled it and will go elsewhere. This behavior is horribly unprofessional. Despite my original pharmacy being fairly good about informing me of issues and responding to me, I will more than likely not deal with any Walgreens going forward.

Doing a instacart order for cough syrup make it clear that the order is for instacart but the gentleman today at 3:33 pm 01/17 refused to cash me out for it because my id was in car very rude and unprofessional

Walgreens, a company whose CEO makes almost $18 million dollars a year and let's their pharmacy staff make decisions about whether or not people can have access to certain life saving medications based on religious objections is locking up *checks notes* body wash. Full trash behavior.
