The owner, Rose, is a sweetheart, very sociable with customers, friendly, and eager to help. She is a very nice lady. The store has a quiet atmosphere that is a peaceful place filled with great energy and no pressure sale tactics. Everyone is very kind. The store provides convenience products, cold beer, a variety of food goodies, coffee, tea, cigarettes, and other snacks. Food is cooked as ordered and it is delicious. It is a perfect community store and example of a local business.

I visit here once or twice a week . Rose is a sweetheart, very sociable with customers, friendly and eager to help anyway she can. Everyone should visit, small store but clean. A variety of food goodies, coffe, tea, cigarettes ( reasonable price) and other snacks

The definition of mom and pop, this Guyanese family owned and operated store does just fine providing convenience products for people that live in immediate walking distance, and those patronizing the Woodlawn CDTA BusPlus Red Station.
