The scooter that I brought in was in need of repair and to be inspected. It wasn't even a brand that is retailed in the United states. They fixed everything that was wrong with it, and for a very competitive price. Very happy and would definitely recommend!

RE Albany is fantastic - they have a great selection of bikes (every model and in every color, from what I saw), were extremely knowledgeable (e.g., I was told that the RE engines were redesigned by ex-Triumph engineers and nearly identical), and responsive (I did business by text message/email ... and even got a response during off-hours). I was even more surprised when I had my bike delivered to me. Have no doubts about RE Albany or the line of bikes there.

I can't recommend Ellis at Royal Enfield of Albany enough! He has been incredibly helpful and informative over email, and a delight to finally meet in person. I live 3-4 hours away in Rochester NY and I can't imagine going anywhere else to purchase my first motorcycle.

June and I am in New Mexico with 6188 miles. Comfortably cruising and 80+ mpg and lovin'itEllis had the right model in stock. I've had Enfield's in India and was happy to see a dealer close to home. The Meteor is so much more than previous RE models.Top quality service from knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff. They've earned my trust and I feel right at home. Thanks to Sean and Dave for putting together such a great team. And if you get the RE Award for top dealership definitely take the trip to India. Chennai is amazing and they will treat you like royalty ;)
