Customer service lacks in so many ways. Hair cost is a surprise when it shouldn't be. Wait time is unfathomably long even with an appointment. Never ever again!

Went for my daughter's hair cut. The wait wasn't too long being that it was walk in service. Her hair cut looked very nice and it was what she was looking for. Employees were all friendly and professional.
