Don't go to this location, looking for any pants. Someone decided to display pants, so awkwardly, if you're trying to look at the shape, style, judge the size to suit you, you would have to take them off the hanger (if they don't satisfy what you're looking for....you get to try and put them back on the hanger, the way they were...good luck 😞).
I had to leave quickly, before I lost my patience.

I went to the store twice to drop off a small bag of donations. First time I was told it was a holiday weekend and no one there to take donations, second time was yesterday, and I was told the staff that handles the donations left for the day . Your store relies on donations to exist. Why is it so hard to drop off donations?
Do you not want donations? Please explain.

I tried to purchase a set of 3 item but missing one so I grab an item of the same size and value and tried to negotiate to the cashier if she can just include the item to the set. But she said she cannot sell the set because it's missing one then suddenly snatch the set from my hands and put it away. Employees mentality should be to sell the items and not keep it or store it back on the shelves. Their store is not for profit. It's all about donations. Their purpose is really now different from the past. Items must be moving fast and always please the customer. Their items are donated and we are saving it from the landfill.

Soooo annoying to try so hard to get to this thrift store location (and I did get here on time if the closing time was actually correct). This location says it closes at 6pm!! And I get here and go to walk in and the sign on the door says 5pm!, are you kidding me!?, CHANGE THE TIME ON YOUR STORE WEBSITE FOR GOOGLE PLEASE.

Overpriced and very little selection. (at least in the housewares section). A set of 4 bowls was $15... these are used bowls. No thank you.

No clear guidance on where to go with donations unless you like to read signs taped to doors and windows. Staff was not very friendly and seemed bothered by my drop off.

This store had a ton of NWT items including from brands like Zara and Lands End. However, the prices were insane. A kids Zara tshirt for $25?? Many of the items had giant holes where it looked like security tags had been ripped out and the prices were still very high. $50 for a shirt with a hole.

This place is way over priced. Most stuff in here is cheaper in the store brand new. Very greedy and rude. Asked about colors on sale and asked about blue as this is ny first time in. Sheila was very rude and snapped at me about how it's a new color and it has to circulate for a month before sale. Won't be back. Sheila if you don't like your job.. get another.

Every time I come to drop off donations (at the correct time and day) they have some excuse as to why they cant take it. They should allow donations to be dropped off even without the assigned employee to that there, especially if the person is SUPPOSED to be there by 10am and it’s past that time. I plan around that time to come by and yet Im still met by an excuse. Would NOT recommend bringing donations here.
To clarify: the issue was NOT that the items brought were not in good condition for donation as mentioned in the store’s response. I’ve brought items before and nobody *ever* corroborates if they’re good to donate or should be disposed- they simply have me place it in a cart and go.
