Bed bugs!. Rude, Lazy, incompetent night staff. They Wouldn't clean room even after being informed of the infestation. Offered me a set of sheets ... But didn't agree to treat the mattress .... Young night worker didn't have a clue. Why is she there????... Do better Salvation Army. Your clients have enough problems to deal with when they get there. 11 pm curfew.. and no entry 11 to 4. No night access to kitchen. They run it more like a group home for children, than a safe place for displaced adults. The bus stop down the street from there is cleaner than that bed!!!

Totally bad the staff is rude people are stealing here and we actually smoke crack in our rooms many illegal drugs by people here

I think they are great,I heard they are 10 times better than other shelters.Its a safe place to lay your head at night and in decent shape.And all staff I have met have been really friendly and compassionate especially Barbara.❤️

Worse place ever... I thought a shelter is suppose to be there to help. This one is here to make you feal and if you work Dss is going to make you pay 45 a day for single people 90 for two people. They have worker there name Barbara and don't need to work there.
