I have been going to Schenectady Auto for many years. There has never been a problem either big or small that has not been diagnosed and fixed. Nick Falvo is an extraordinary mechanic. He is fair, courteous respectful and above all honest. No better place for service anywhere.

Had as flat, read some reviews and gave them a call. That got me that day and found the problem. Got me an Appt quickly and got me a good on tires and mount and balancing. Even put on the temp spare to get me back on the road and then put the spare back under the truck and was not charged for this just the tires and labor for the install. I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service and cost, coming from an auto industry background it hard to find this kind of service!

Took my car to the dealer for its yearly inspection and they wanted an arm and a leg to replace the rear spring coils. Dropped my car off here and they had the work done quickly, charged a fair price (half of what the dealer wanted!) and did a test drive and found another issue the dealer didn't notice. Would definitely take my car here again!
