Outstanding customer service by my Agent, Erica Wells. She saved me almost $700 on my homeowners and Auto insurance, while keeping my same coverage. Also when my previous insurance company wanted me to resolve an issue they created, I called her for advice and she promptly took care of it for me. I was thankful she did. From was of reaching someone to changing my insurance over was flawless. I'm proud to be a customer and will pass my experience along with confidence.

I added my 17 year old son to my auto policy and my rate with a major insurance provider that I had been with for almost 20 years went up over $300/month. SEFCU got back to me in the same day with a quote from another major insurance company and my insurance only increased $70/month for my auto and home. Being a SEFCU member made it super easy as they were able to set up automatic monthly payments from my account. I would highly recommend SEFCU insurance.

You go to a bank, you transact business, mostly automated and you leave. Not sure of the difference between a Credit Union and a bank, I enjoyed doing business with them for many years and was never disappointed, apparently change is absolutely inevitable.So I am a member once again, I believe the experience will continue being enjoyable.

Don't get me wrong, this is a great bank, but everytime I go here there is a massive line. Even if I go when they open there are always people waiting outside. The best thing about this branch is the atm inside the building when using it by myself
