Cancelled my service and turned in my equipment ~22 hours ago, I'm still getting texts from this store every few minutes that I'm next in line.There's now so many, they're backed up in the network and I can't get texts from anyone else.

Local facility in Glenville or Schenectady NY has a phone number listed on their website which is NOT the local facilities phone number. This number listed takes you to a help desk that cannot answer my question nor can they give me the local facilities phone number. Poor customer experience!

HIRE SOME PEOPLE AND FIX ONLINE APPOINTMENTS!!!!!!!!!We made an appointment online to purchase 2 phones. When we arrived there were two employees. There were 6 people waiting to be helped. More people arrived later. After waiting for fifteen minutes, we asked about our appointment.We were informed only one of the employees was able to sell phones and he was very busy.When asked about our appointment, he replied that their kiosk for checking in was not working. We asked about comingback later, no, too busy. We were in town for four days, and now we are going to spend two days just to buy phones?NOT IMPRESSEDIf they are this messed up on so many levels before they get our business, how will they be after they have your money?

The store is actually located right next to Starbucks, the pin is slightly off. Friendly & knowlegable workers here! Went to pick up my modem; I'm new to Spectrum, hopefully the rest of my experience with them will be as pleasant.
