Faulty equipment- so I washed both of my cars, each one twice in the past 2 weeks, counting this week too and I noticed that the tire shine brush on the driver side (left side) isn’t shining the tires. The right side works.
Something you might want to look into as I have mentioned this to 2 of the staff who was together at the time stationed outside.

This place has the ultimate scam going. So I stopped for a car wash this week and they offered a month for $10. Thought it was a good deal so I signed up. They took my credit card and said oh I'm sorry I don't know why it charged you the full price $39.99 I will give my manager a copy of this receipt and he will take care of it in the morning or you can call this number. We have called the number multiple times left messages and sent emails and no has gotten back to us in 5 days! Funny thing my wife was getting her car washed they offered her the same thing and guess what it charged her full price! They must be doing it intentionally do that actually not know the charge they are applying to the credit card before they swipe it?

I’ve been here a few times now and have always had a great experience. The staff are kind and helpful. However, I came on Friday 07/18 and after going through the car wash, I realized my front license plate was gone. I told the staff and they found it inside the car wash and returned it to me bent and damaged. My license plate was fully secured to my vehicle when I entered.
When I arrived, I noticed this had happened to someone before me too!!
I’m having so much trouble trying to get in touch with management to come to a solution for this.

HA'LIA Aaliyah is a fantastic customer. She's happy. She helps her customer. She cleaned my mattress for free even offered to drive them. She's a wonderful person give her a raise.

The staff I dealt with at this location was so rude, yelling at me...swearing at me even! I canceled my membership and won't ever return again! What a terrible place. Crowded and the rags smell like wet animals. Gross!!
