I find the invasion of privacy when going to take money out of my savings accounthighly concerning.
I'm standing in front of you, you have my driver's license, my debit card, yet I have to explain to you what I want MY money for?
Unreal Sunmark. Un Real.
Next time the explanation will be that I'm closing my accounts.

According to Kayla in your Glenville branch, because I keep my money in your financial institution, tellers can ask me anything they want and I have to answer to receive MY money.
No, you do not have the right or ability to invade my privacy. You can, and should, ask identifying questions, but beyond that, you are overstepping and can not refuse to give me my money while I'm standing there in person fully identified, because I don't want to tell you how I'm spending it.
Be it $1 or $10,000. Unless there's a law requiring I provide that information, you have no right to ask it.
And the fraud excuse she tried to use... laughable, as again, I'm standing in front of her while she's holding my ID and debit card. What does how I'm going to spend my money have to do with fraud?
In a world where we're slowly losing our privacy at every turn, I will not relinquish it unless I have to and in this case, I do not have to. I imagine should I ask the NCUA, they'd eagerly agree.

We filled out a car loan app and they required all sorts of documents even though we've been using this bank for years and have a ton of accounts and a good amount of $ in it.

Kat the manager lied on me to a customer representative about over draft fees. Very upset and will be moving banks. I’ve been a very loyal customer for years and to be lied about makes me want to fund a better banking experience. It takes one bad egg to ruin a company.

Drive thru machines are garbage ! I Can never make a deposit at the scotia location after hours. The 2 machines never give you the option and the clerk tries to blame it on “maybe you’re putting in the wrong pin. “ OBVIOUSLY I know my pin if it gives me the option to withdraw but no deposit. Was given no explanation why machines don’t give you option.

I used to love this credit union but now I check my account there is always some new problem. Not being informed of check hold is the newest....deposit check and the available balance and the current balance say its all on there but low and behold they are holding half? now I get an overdraft fee and it is my fault that they don't tell you everything! And this is for ALL SUNMARK BANKS! I can't get to a branch that often so i have to do online and NO ONE on the phone helps! I deposited a check once and it said it was deposited into my account and the 4 days later I get a letter in the MAIL saying they couldn't see the image of the check so they TOOK THE MONEY OUT! I WOULD LOVE TO CHANGE BANKS! AND IN FACT I AM REALLY GOING TO START LOOKING NOW! GOOD BYE SUNMARK
