My small business is dedicated to Environmental, and Social justice locally and as far as the good vibes will reach. Julia, George, and Matt Goodman have worked so hard to encourage me to in so many ways to build my business, to build my tech savvy in today’s technological world. Because of their support and more importantly, their kindness, their everyday people demeanors, I am embraced as a member of a team filled with good vibes only! Whether I bring in change (been there) or post info for my business growth, each of them wrap around me with positive thoughts and needed information. You see my friends, they too have been there. We all walk in the same shoes as our neighbors, our friends, and must move forward together if we are to succeed. The Sunmark team help me to grow my business to be a better part of my community. Walked in with a ridiculous amount of rolled coins and without hesitation, George jumped right in to assist. Tried to send an email to someone on your website about him but couldn’t find anything. Please recognize him for going out of his way (the teller I started with did not). Thoughtful customer service is a delight!

Josh Kopack is the most knowledgeable person in the branch. He goes the extra mile to make sure, the needs are met. I really dont understand how such a talent is not regarded by management.As a business owner, Josh knowledge would increase profitability of the bank industry and is a waste of talent as he's just a teller. This talent is hard to come by this days and his professional attitude makes him a candidate for management.Hope he does soon.

There should be a no star option but- I opened an joint account and the lady put the wrong social for my partner, which cause so many delays to access the account. Then I started a business and decided to open an account with Sunmark. Yet again, the lady failed to deposit the money from an account I was closing into my new business account. If i had removed my “website under construction” and had orders placed I would be in the negative and all these insufficient charges, that you guys would have probably made me pay. I understand being busy, everyone is busy but I told the lady “take your time, I’m in no rush” Also I had mentioned to her about seeing my qualifications and questions for a business credit card, which she then told me “I’ll put in the request, and within a couple days they will contact you” it’s been a couple of days and I don’t think she put in the request. I do plan on going in and closing all accounts because it’s just been a headache since I started. (Her name is Catherine Schmitz, I just found the business card and don’t want to go back and edit everything)

Fast friendly service. I like the self service terminals, for deposits or loan payments. The staff are very professional & helpful, especially Catherine Schmitz, who helped me secure a used car loan.

Would be zero if that were and option. I finally got my decree of divorce. I want my name back to my maiden name. I went in Monday to ASK what was needed to do so. I was only told to fill out a form, I did, the teller went to show someone, came back and told me I needed to have my license changed first, I ASKED if the interim license would suffice, I was told "ya" I went to DMV right from there.....another debacle. I went back Thursday, gave all my paperwork I was told to have, teller comes back and says you need a photo ID?????????? they have my license on file, I withdraw money with NO ID asked for yet I can't change my account name??? I had the interim license, birth certificate, SSN, bank card, checks, proof of address, did they want my first born perhaps?? when I questioned them I got rude, indignant comments. The best was when the rude teller told me my divorce papers didn't say I could or was going to change my name!!!!

I used Sunmark for the very first time earlier this month for a purchase of an investment property transaction and I must say the experience I had is beyond anything I expect. Everyone throughout the process was incredibly helpful with just a phone call away. Attorney Laura Darling is the most down to earth attorney I have ever business with as she was always reachable and immediately provided answers to all my questions. Amanda St.George was the most efficient originator who followed up until the end. I would highly recommend Sunmark to anyone that is in the market and will definitely use them again on my next transaction.

Awesome fast costumer service. Only and pretty important thing I wish they changed is I wish the branches had direct phone numbers to call them directly..
