We recently lost our mother and had urgent matters to take care of for our dad. Normally, these requests would take days, but we didn’t have that kind of time. We called Vannita Praashad at the Woodlawn office, and she immediately stepped in to help.
She listened with care, reached out to multiple departments on our behalf, and made sure everything was handled quickly. Her kindness and support turned a very difficult time into something a little more manageable.
When we later visited the branch, we had the pleasure of meeting Vannita in person. She was just as warm, professional, and helpful face-to-face as she had been over the phone. We are so grateful for everything she did for our family.
