The entrance is a bit of a challenge.
The staff here are awesome to work with. I rented a 6 x 12 open trailer with a ramp. When I got to the auction house to pick up 3 crates. They couldn't load them on to the trailer, with the equipment they had. I called the store and asked if I could return for the only other trailer that did not have a ramp. Yes was the response.
So grateful for the courteous and fast service that day. Thank You.

So it's great for picking up uhaul vehicles, the guys are very nice but also very busy.
I can't recommend the storage here because when I tried to rent one apparently someone else had moved into the unit I rented and it took them a long time to figure it out, also it's not properly climate controlled, the guys are always in jackets and at most it's been maybe 50 degrees and damp every time I've gone there.

I got charged the wrong amount and nearly lost my place to live due to the numbers of my truck being similar to another customers. I also feel like it cost way too much for barely driving for the 5 days I had it. You get 2 stars because the staff are friendly and helpful so you get 2 stars

The GM is awesome, he was multi tasking between me and another customer flawlessly and his attitude was super positive. Kudos to whoever that young man was, he is definitely a keeper.

I loved the customer service. The trucks however were pretty beaten up. The one I rented had the check engine light on. Thankfully it didn't breakdown. Customer service was 5 stars. I have you a 4 star because of the condition of all your vehicles.

Steer clear. I rented before the opened and used the app. That process i won't get into but the truck they prepped had a check engine light flashing the entire time. They don't service their trucks and it seems like will just give you the worst one. I then filled it up and still got charged for a fill up anyway. Will never use them again and I reccomend everyone just use a different location
