At my last recent visits I was very pregnant and unvaccinated and used curbside pickup to avoid bringing my 2YO into the store and also to avoid potential exposure to COVID. Every single time i would use the service i would get mega attitude from the person bringing it out to me. One time I was told there was only one other person working in the store and for their safety she wasn’t supposed to be going outside the store leaving said other person alone, whilei understand, sorry not my problem, either change your curbside hours or keep the store staffed so that isn’t an issue. Another time they made me wait a long time, when i called i was told they were too busy and asked me to pull up to the entrance, then basically threw my bag at me without saying thank you. Another time I sent my husband in with my phone and confirmation and wallet with my ID and he was told unless i add him as a pickup person for future orders they won’t be able to give him my items. When I did this same exact thing in Colonie Mall within prior weeks of that order no hassle was given then. I do not care for the people that work at this location during the evening hours and would encourage anyone to use the Albany location instead. I would if it were closer. Also avoid curbside pickup if you can since apparently it is an inconvenience to them and therefore will be for you too. I’ve already let corporate know the above as well.

I absoutely love that store...I also love how they Greet ylu when you walk thru the doors and theres always someone right there to help you at all times and their prices are so awesome if anyone hasnt been in there shopping you have no idea what a amazing store your missing .i urge you to gonim there today and i promise you it wont be the last time you do .and if your like me you say your going in for 1 thing but between the products and prices you leave with many many things Ultra Beauty is my favorite store i love you all....

Horrible customer service experience. Absolutely horrible. The cashiers are the worst. They would make you feel as if you are not worth it to be at ulta. Well then fine..might as well shop somewhere else.

I had a really bad customer service experience I went to a return an eyeliner and the person at the front desk was a guy with the green beard was really mad at me when I ask him why I was not able to tweeze my eyeliner that I’ve been buying for many years he scream at me he said I can use a sharpener he walk away from me very upset came back with a sharpener in front of me and put it in my face saying here we go!!! terrible terrible terrible customer service he could been polite , he could’ve talk to me in a different tone he could’ve explained to me that the product have change and not be so aggressive the way he talk to me terrible customer service I don’t recommend going there anymore

Well it's OK it's a little pricey if you ask me. 100.00 dollars for this cologne. And the employees well one inparticular followed me around the store an made me feel uncomfortable. But the products seem great we will see. More to come stay tuned.
