I suppose to receive a expensive package on Monday 16 and keep saying still in processing today is Wednesday 18 and still saying in processing but I getting deliver today about 6 package so this means someone steal my package in the post office or they lost my expense package.

I was able to make a passport apointment online for the next day, which was awesome! The postal worker was ready right on time, he was really helpful and kind, and my entire passport appointment only took about 15 minutes (and that included taking the passport pictures). Everyone that works there is always so nice and friendly. Also, I love that they are right across the street from the library!

Went in today (5/19) with a package that I wasn’t sure how to ship and the kind person at the counter very was helpful, sadly I did not get their name, but it was before noon and I just wanted to give this person the proper recognition

W post office. They don't seem to have a line dedicated for people who made reservations which is a bummer but they were quick, informational, and friendly during my passport appointment

We've had countless problems with receiving our mail, our mail being delivered one street over, and now we have a hold on our mail and our ring camera is showing us that we are getting delivered mail when we are not there. This is ridiculous. I've never had so much trouble with a mail system before in my life. Get your act together

My package was supposedly left in the mailbox, except it wasn’t, and can’t even fit in there. So I had to send someone to the post office considering they won’t answer the phone, and I had work. Then the manager talked to the driver who claimed he “scanned it and put it in the MAILBOX”. I filed a formal complaint through USPS and it was only sent back to the Schenectady post office (1800 says it will immediately notify that office, who will then contact me) but they chose to ignore it. Days later, the package shows up on the porch. (no change in tracking that says it arrived days prior) This one is even bigger than my previous ones, there’s no chance anyone could fit it in any mailbox. The driver lied straight through his teeth and probably tried helping himself to my package. This place is outrageous.

The workers here are slow AF. If you have a minimum of 30 minutes to spare then by all means. During my visit today, the workers were having a full blown conversation in the back while customers are standing in line.

The guy with black hair, and glasses wouldn’t take my package because i didn’t write the address on the box saying i have to do it myself, despite me trying to post a label with said address & wouldn’t let me use a pen or something. He was very rude. He needs to make a friend or something and learn how to be nice & happy. Worst post office I’ve ever been to
