The repeatedly refuse to forward my mail regardless of what Information and legal documents I bring in. Extreme incompetence and poor customer service. Avoid this location at all costs.

They literally gave my package to someone else as an agent without any identification of it was me or not. They have thieves in here. Use an outside service carrier for this region

One clerk, several waiting in line. Service is not what it used to be. The one clerk was very pleasant but ultimately she couldn't help me with my lost package. The supervisor was helpful but couldn't give me any hard and fast information. Very frustrating to spend $10 to send a document by priority Mail and it goes missing.

Delivery guy left my package outside in the rain. My package was ripped, dirty and soaking wet. Mailman never ring the doorbell. My paper mail was even wet and destroyed. Super disappointed

Post office is ok, but the delivery people in the area are the worst if you have to sign for a package expct to just pick it up yourself here.

Mail carriers out of this location don't seem to attempt to collect signatures and will mark tracked parcels and packages delivered to meet service goals without delivering them. They show up days later and can't be tracked in the meantime as the sender has been told they are delivered. Redeliver requests online are not accepted. If you have important mail, you will have to deliver it to yourself by going to the physical location.

I walked in I got my package in about 5 minutes. The clerk was very friendly.

Live on rural route, had letter going out for 2 days, no mail truck has come by, learn how to pivot routes please,station manager should be replaced

Polite women work here there is a black woman there she know what she is doing thanks to her I don't mind coming back so polite, she needs an award?

No priority mail packages. Girl at the counter said she can't look in the back what's there is there. Which obviously nothing was there. It's a post office, that's like running out of stamps!
