With all these reviews I’ve seen Verizon comment about “how their sorry it would never happen again”
To more bad reviews months, days or years apart with the same issue the Manager that works there he is VERY unprofessional IF HES HAVING A BAD DAY THEY SHOULD LET HIM CALL OUT OR STAY HOME SICK
(Look how they got a “5 star review” out of no where yesterday right after that boy had his visit to that store )

I entered into this establishment, with positive energy was having a wonderful day. Everyone seemed very polite as in the employees till the manager seemed like he had a bad interaction prior to him walking out the back room. Very vulgar, dismissive, unpleasant, unprofessional, nose high in the air kind of “privilege”
Salute to the “manager” who had perfect customer service in his “professional “ 5 star establishment.
This was my FIRST TIME ever having a phone major phone company at that and the disrespect from that man was unbelievable. Did he actually get trained to be a manager or just a body guard that dismissed customer (guest) BEWARE OF THE MAN KAREN

Me and my family went to the Verizon store tonight in mohawk commons. We have been with Verizon for about 10 year and have loved our phone service but tonight i feel i may no longer be a patron. We run a business and were a family of 5 so time is not anything to waste. we visited the store at about 730pm to get some info on our son’s iphone but the two women at the store were absolutely no help his ringer flashlight and camera randomly stopped working. She then said theres nothing she can do for us that we should go to the apple store. But at the end of the day i purchase the phone from this store she then said they don't know how to help us.keep in mind its 745pm now. It was ok then i figured since i was there i would upgraded my iPhone as im due for an upgrade. She then goes its 15min to close and that i can get a new phone but she will not transfer my info from my old phone. It doesn't make any sense to get a new phone if you cant transfer your info. Im am lost for word i feel like my time was wasted and was rushed out the store nov 12 750pm. While walking out the store the the two women started to laugh as they had no intention to do anything for me and my family. I don’t recommend any one go to this store and for Verizon if this is how your employees articulate business i will no longer be a supporter for the money ive spent here in the last 10 year tonight i was disappointed and disgusted with my all around experiencep

I have 2 interactions with 2 different Verizon stores 1st was with Bruce at this Verizon store on Altamont ave schenectady. This guy helped me and my 4 phone lines for 3 HOURS after the 1-800 Verizon messed everything up and put tempered glass on all the phones all while helping walk-in customers and he was alone in the store VS the Verizon store at 600 Troy rd in Rennsalear that had 4 employees and no customers when I asked them to help with one small situation gave me a 10 min speech how they couldn’t help me

I went in just needing sim cards but Cam went above and beyond to make sure I was 1. Up to speed the whole way, 2. I got every perk I possibly could, and 3. I was happy. He never kept any bit of information hidden from me and was extremely transparent about what he thought would be best for us. Needless to say he hit the nail on the head with it all. The whole experience was a pleasure from beginning to end.
I had a bit of an issue getting a phone activated after I had left the store and Cam wasn’t there - but Josh was and he was just as amazing to work with. Pleasant conversation and got everything I needed done in no time at all. He also did me the service of waiving activation fees because I had been in the store earlier that day.
Overall I could spend hours in the store just for the employees. I felt like I really made some friends! Special shoutout to Cam and Josh. Thank you guys!

By far the worst Verizon store I've ever been to. They will try to charge you 2-3 times what other stores will. Parents had old shared plans and old phones. This location took over 35 minutes to come out with their "best quote" for 2lines w/ trade in @ $285/mo lol! Closer to $100/mo at the normal v store.

I just wanted to buy a phone as my battery doesn't last long. I was given the run around by Chris who refused to answer my question about cost saying he doesn't sell phones only plans. Then when pressed for clarification he basically asked me to leave. I had looked on line before going there and found the phone I wanted. He said he couldn't sell it to me because I ' didn't qualify '. Like since when does a paying customer need to 'qualify' to buy a product being sold in a store?

They had me wait for 15 minutes just to not help me at all. Literally something they could have taken care of when I checked in. It's pretty common for this location to waste your time. Only Verizon location I know of that will let you walk out the door when you're there trying to give them money and purchase products.
