They had me wait for 15 minutes just to not help me at all. Literally something they could have taken care of when I checked in. It's pretty common for this location to waste your time. Only Verizon location I know of that will let you walk out the door when you're there trying to give them money and purchase products.

By far the worst Verizon store I've ever been to. They will try to charge you 2-3 times what other stores will. Parents had old shared plans and old phones. This location took over 35 minutes to come out with their "best quote" for 2lines w/ trade in @ $285/mo lol! Closer to $100/mo at the normal v store.

Complete morons work here totally effed up my order today instead of walking out with my new phone I have to wait for the wrong one to come in the mail then bring it back in to be traded for the phone they already have in the back if I could give negative stars I would absolute garbage service

I had a terrible experience at this Verizon store, the staff was less than helpful. Not only could they not point me in the right direction of my needs, they didn't seem to know what they were doing at all. At every turn, they tried to get me to "come back tomorrow".A younger staff member was trying to get help from an older staff member, who was brushing her off and ignoring the fact that I had been there for almost 2 hours with little progress. When I stepped in and asked him what was going on, he was short with me and told me I needed to go to the Apple store. When I asked why they were unable to transfer my data, he blamed it on the damage to my phone (a cracked screen) and that the bluetooth wouldn't connect...It seemed like they were just trying to get me out of the store. Not only were they not helpful, but they were unpleasant, incompetent, and not informative whatsoever. I walked out with a new phone and nothing set up on it. It ruined my day, and I won't come back to this store.

I made an appointment as my daughter's iPhone 11 was constantly shutting down. We walked in at our appointment time and still had to wait. When we were finally greeted, the sales rep never asked my name. We told him we wanted an iPhone 14 and wanted to compare the online vs. instore deals for the best deal. He said, "I don't know what's online, but I can only offer you $450 for a trade in. You should wait a month until the iPhone 15 comes out." When we said that my daughter's phone is non-functional, he looked at it and said it was the battery, and to go to the Apple store, spend $50 on a new battery and wait for the iPhone 15. The only advantage he could tell us for the 15 was the USBC charger vs. the lightening charger, but since she already has lightening and wireless chargers, this wasn't a selling point. Even when she said she wanted a 14, he just shrugged and stood there. He never looked up my account. He was 100% not interested in selling us a phone, which was his job. We ended up going to the Victra Verizon in Colonie Center and got wonderful customer service (as well as a new iPhone) there.

I'm not sure what the criteria is when hiring people to work at your store, but it is definitely not based on customer service. I had an absolutely miserable experience trying to get my phone upgraded (iphone xr to an iphone 14 pro). The rest of my family was able to get their new phones no problem, but I went into this store by myself and they just kept trying to get me to pay more than I KNOW I'm supposed to. The manager (a very dirty man, dirt under his nails, fly was down, and just wasn't friendly), actually left mid-conversation because he didn't want to deal with it anymore. The other guy on the floor (long bangs) was just snippy with me and, again, extremely unpleasant. I ended up leaving without a phone after the manager decided it wasn't worth his time to help me. I know that I am young, but I've done my research and know what I'm supposed to be getting. I now understand why this place has such bad reviews. Will never come back, and definitely makes me reconsider Verizon as my provider.

Justin deserves a raise! After having a pending order issue for over 2 weeks which the company refused to solve or provide any reimbursement or logical explanations for, Justin helped me work with customer service (patiently, as this process took 20 or 30 minutes), and helped me order and activate my new phone. He was very sincere and sympathetic towards this issue, which I did not find with other employees I previously interacted with. Justin's attitude and service should be the company standard! This was the one bright side of my awful experience with Verizon over the last month, during which I considered switching providers after 20 years of Verizon.

Beware: VERIZON WIRELESS MOHAWK COMMONS STORE ARE THIEVES AND LIARS. I returned an iPhone that I got online through the Verizon app. The Verizon store at Mohawk Commons. I told the two people I was working with that I did not want the iPhone or the extra line. He told me to “turn off find my iPhone” and took the phone. They never actually returned it to stock or however they do it. They stole the new iPhone 13. Weeks later, I went back to the store to ask about why I’m being charged for the phone. He was very shady and refused to give me any receipts, he would not allow me to take a picture of his tablet screen showing that the phone was returned. He said that pictures weren’t allowed to be taken in the store…So they stole the iPhone and left me with an open contract for 3 years!!! Verizon is terrible, but THE MOHAWK COMMONS STORE ARE THIEVES AND LIARS. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE FOR ANY REASON. They took advantage of me big time. I was a Verizon customer for 18 years. I will never go back and I would never recommend them to anyone.

Please be very cautious with all the “rebates” they throw at you when starting new services. Walked in to purchase 2 phones and switch phone services, walked out with 3 phones, 2 watches, an iPad, stereo, and 3 beats.. $1300 later because of promises of 4 different rebates.. all for me to have to do the chasing down and calling to different customer service numbers. Systems and Processes are definitely not customer centric. We didn’t deserve to have all this headache by giving you our business across all these new devices that YOU talked us into. :(

We just had a horrible experience with the most FOUL male associate. He then wanted to talk to me like I was stupid regarding an upgrade. Well shocker, as soon as I got to the car I pulled up the Verizon app and exactly what I was referring to was in there for BOTH of our phones. Horrible move on this man’s part, we were looking to upgrade two phones that we owned outright. Well, now we’re heading to AT&T after over 10 years of being with Verizon. DISGUSTED
