After searching online for a compatible cell phone case & protector... 3 Choices all under $20 vs. Carrier Cost $$$ So I travel to good old Walmarts to retrieve my Cell Case & Screen Protector and After walking All the to The Middle Rear of Store, I ask a Associate for Case locations and he stated They only carry 3-4 Cell Company Phone case Not Mine On Line only, the associate Knowing his department well said Sorry. So Corporate You Lost Both Now & Most Important a Customer.
The 2 stars are one for the Company and 2 for The Electronic's Department. The Associate did his Job and The Company didn't.

They're remodeling so it's a bit crazy. Their card scanners aren't accepting chipped cards unless you swipe them. My bank declined the transaction and set me a fraud message because the chip wasn't used.

No groceries in this Walmart. Bought some cleaning products, basic household stuff, and a hoodie for my son. There were 15 items. The person at the door asked for my receipt and as I pulled it up on my phone it took a minute and she saw 2 of the items I had purchased before the rest of the receipt was loaded, and was already accusing me of stealing, which was very embarrassing, and once the rest of the receipt was pulled up, flagged me out of the door. Had it not been starting to snow and me being away from home, I would have complained, as I didn't even use self checkout. This just goes into another store that I will never visit again, and another sign that perhaps companies shouldn't treat their customers who actually pay for their items worse than the ones that don't. In the store as I was asking about products many people referred to it as "a ghetto Walmart" and I should have walked out then!! Avoid at all costs if you can, I surely am.

I've heard this referred as the "Ghetto" Walmart cause they don't have as much food. The funny part is they have a much better selection of clothes/shoes, toys, and if I'm looking for the limited edition Coke/Pepsi, Cheetos/Doritos then this is the first place I look.

Always find what I'm looking for or needed, just when it's time to check out there's never more that two cashiers open so the checking out process can use some improvements

Aside from being a dump as every other Walmart this place needs to have better inventory of the items they actually stock. Every time I go there for an item they carry they never have it stocked.Go in the morning not there go in the evening still not there. Doesn't matter what day of the week and at this rate month. The store literally looks like it's shambles. The pallets in the middle of the aisles is really a nuisance making a cramped store even more so. They have the beauty and other essentials locked up. Good luck waiting for someone to assist you. It's the stores own damn fault that there is so much theft. If management and workers actually did there jobs it would deter many from stealing. With the lack of oversight and upkeep of the store it has become a cesspool for unsavory people. Make it look like a store and actually have staff working would be a good first step. The design of the store could be a bit better by sectioning the departments more . Instead of locking things up in a section have a couple workers covering that area specifically with its own checkout counter. Another issue is this store is never up to date with newer products that you may find at farther away stores. Don't exactly feel like driving 10 miles more to the next store and ordering online is a 50/50 chance of receiving the correct item.

You guys literally put the whole beauty department under lock and key. Therefore I had to wait for one of your workers infact I didn't wait I HAD to go find a worker on my own cause NO ONE responded to the doorbell call. When I did find someone they told me I had to wait for another employee cause there were only 2 people who had the keys. I waited 25 minutes for that "worker" to come and unlock it for me. To my shock she showed up with fuzzy pajama pants and a bonnet on like she just got outta bed. Honestly if I wasn't told she was an employee of Walmart I NEVER would have guessed or thought she worked for Walmart. She had NO uniform on to distinguish that she worked for Walmart let alone be a higher up since she holds the cases keys. Also I'd like add that the Walmart employee that originally helped me was also shocked that she came into work like that. Like dam even your employees are complaining about how Walmart was treating me. And FYI this was the Walmart in GLENVILLE, NY.

I went to the store as I regularly get used to and bought a Ninja blender on the shelf it indicated 79 dollars in the cashier mark 88 when I proceed to claim the cashier for the price the cashier goes to scan and send someone to be price change at the counter that is misleading ad to the customer...
