Winsupply of Schenectady made a minor issue locating a receipt for a faulty water pump a breeze, with a manager and his wife who made the warranty process awesome. Two guys behind the counter were very helpful, very knowledgeable, and found a toilet part that big stores don’t have or that couldn’t be found online. Their service and sale people do their jobs well; the service parts dept. hit the nail on the head with model numbers and pictures. Order early due to obviously delays with products.
Excellent customer service in both the showroom and at the service counter. Maureen in the showroom was very helpful when we were picking out a faucet and sink for our kitchen renovation. We had a minor issue with locating a receipt from years back for a faulty water pump I had purchased there, but manager Tom and his wife made the process of utilizing the warranty (w/ 1 month left to expire!) a breeze. They are awesome!
