He took the tracking number down and my phone number, said he would keep me update on the status of the package. He called me today to let me know that they received the package at the facility and that it was out for delivery. Great customer service!”

“This is my favorite post office in the Capital District. The staff is always helpful and I know that if I ever have to do something of importance, I go here. It seems like the majority of negative reviews for this post office have something to do with passports. Well, you know what, this is not a passport office, it is a post office. They deal with mail primarily and passports is a small service that they offer. No one who is waiting in line to drop off their mail wants to see you filling out your passport application. So stop complaining and be glad that you can get your passport taken care of locally. I’ve never had any issues with them handling mail - they are great. And I’m sure that they are actually great at passports also. They are very professional and friendly as well.”
