“I’m reading some of these (old) comments and I’m guessing their outdated… Visiting from Florida and needed help with wrapping glass bottles for my flight. Both older male employees were polite and helpful. They weren’t over the top with excitement but they weren’t rude either. Listen, the employees at USPS deal with all kinds of people, just because some individuals expect them to bow to them because they are in Customer Service doesn’t mean they deserve negative comments. I came in, asked questions, they engaged in conversation politely, and I moved on. As long as I got what needed to be done, I’m happy. I don’t know what these NY Karen’s are talking about in these comments. Keep up the great work USPS!”

“How adorable is this humble post office in the midst of the NY countryside! I needed some postage stamps for thank you cards and spotted this location on the way back from Cooperstown. The cashier was super friendly as were my fellow patrons. This post office possesses small town charm and warmth.”
