The older woman with curly hair is absolutely vile. Itâs like she has fun ruining peoples day. Probably time to retire.

This older lady with short curly hair is a piece of hair .. I asked for a few pieces of tape and she refused to give me it unless I bought the whole roll meanwhile there were 10 ROLLS OF TAPE BEHIND HER⌠Iâve never been denied for not sticking my label onto the package .. there stingy and just straight up rude I would take away stars if I could

Rosanne couldnât have been nastier. Offered little to no help and then argued with me about the package I was sending. When I tried explaining to her whatâs going on with it she became âoffendedâ and walked away from me. I Left and went to Gansevoort. The staff is Very nice and helpful there.

Guess I'm not the only one thinking 1 1/2 for lunch during a time that would be convenient for people to go there during their lunch break should be set up differently, why do all employees have to have break at same time? Personally I drive the extra miles to Greenwich anyway, employees way more pleasant and postmaster great. (And when I slammed my thumb in the truck door the girl at the counter bandaged me up! Above and beyond ?)

I believe they do are great job. Lots of people coming in and wanting their things delivered here there everywhere on time. Very stressful go essential persons. We believe in you and appreciate all you do!

If I could give them a zero, I would. I life in town and have lived in the same house forever 7 years. My packages and other mail rarely are delivered. When I go into the office I am basically told oh well. The lunch hour and a half that they close is right when people are able to take a lunch and get errands done. Seriously the worst service ever

They should just close this post office , seems like their lunch hours keep getting longer , have to waste gas and drive 5 miles out of town . The people that work there have trouble smiling !!

Packages always take forever to be here on time, would much rather have had FedEx deliver my packages.

I agree about the hours. It seems like it set up for the retired and unemployed. Opening at 6:30, or 7am and staying open until 6 pm at least 2 days a week would be a good start. Having said that , my carrier is excellent. She goes out of her way regularly to do a good job as well as any substitute carrier that fills in. It is still one of the greatest deals on the planet. For half a dollar a letter can go anywhere in the continental US , Hawaii, and some territories.
