“Our experience at Build a Bear was EXCELLENT!! This was my grandsons first experience. My kids grew up having the build a bear experience, so it was only fitting to take my grandchild. Karen’s customer service was superb. A few people in my small group arrived late and that didn’t frazzle Karen at all. She handled my late comers with patience and grace. She provided them the same service and experience she had provided me and my family with upon arrival !! Not only did we receive superb service but Karen is also very knowledgeable and passionate about her job. Her willingness to make sure her guest has a blast should be appreciated and rewarded. Thank you Karen ! the patience you showed my party and my special needs grandson is commendable .You are truly a gem. ❤️ You have a customer for life !”
“Small shop owners are some of the best people to interact with. While shopping for our granny cat's birthday - we were overjoyed to see the carrot sweater in question. A long while ago, we had bought her the eggplant sweater. So, with a new sweater idea in mind to fit Fluffy's orange fur, we lucked out! Apparently the shop owner shared with us that these pet sweaters are hard to judge. Yet, I would like to argue they are better than the ones at chain pet stores because of the buttons. Additionally, the shop owner was surprised to hear that Fluffy is going to be 26 years old this year. We're always happy to find someone else who is excited for fur babes !Fluffy thanks you for the gift!
