The staff, including Charlie and Scott, are fantastic, incredibly friendly, extremely polite, and very knowledgeable. They are beyond helpful, patient, and entertaining, making customers extremely comfortable with their hospitality. They are men of their word, providing great prices with no hidden fees and doing their best to make a deal. The service is excellent, with staff keeping customers in the loop, prepping machines perfectly, and even providing a quick safety class. They are accommodating, staying after hours for customers who drive from hours away. Customers are very happy with the knowledge and service, highly recommend them, and return for future purchases. The business has a long history with loyal customers and is also known through an info-filled YouTube channel.

From the start Charlie and Nick were terrific. I have purchased a few machines in the past for my sons and now purchased a new enclosed trailer. every Transaction has been smooth, transparent, and best price around. Thank you both for everything.
