Jason and Joe were phenomenal today! I had an appointment for 8:30am * I was on time ;) * they were ready, got my car in & fixed before the estimated time! I am sooooo thankful for the services! I have now been to both locations Scotia and Ballston Spa, and I can confirm THEY BOTH ARE EXCELLENT, AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I ŵas informed about my problem, cost and time frame of repair needed. True to their word they were done in in the time they said they would be and cost was exactly what they quoted me. No surprises here just good quality service all around.
Exceptional customer service the staff was friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure I had a positive experience.

I do a good amount of work on my own cars and Michael's is the best mechanic I've ever dealt with. Their communication and transparency are top notch. They have a great web portal to share photos of issues and stuff. It's really refreshing to know you are going to get a fair estimate, not oversold anything, and can trust that the job will get done right. They are a real asset to the village.

I've been going to Michael's for almost 2 years now. I've had them work on two foreign cars. The work has been excellent, communication great. I had a recent warranty issue caused by a failed part; they solved the problem quickly at no charge to me. Highly recommend.

It was time for my car to get inspected and, Michael's automotive in Scotia is very close to me. I made an appointment, got there in the morning and a fluke happening that when my car was on the lift for connecting to the unit, the battery was completely dead! These guys were right on the money, I had to get a battery right there and then; it took minutes between getting a battery delivered and having it put in. Nothing else was wrong with my car but I have to tell you, I could have been stuck in the middle of nowhere or with my emotional support animal, or with family members and had a dead battery. I couldn't be more grateful for their prompt delivery on taking care of my car. I absolutely recommend them for any of your needs whatsoever!

Great place.. always happy with the work they've done on my car the couple of times I've gone. I've even gone a few times with concerns and they've put my car on the lift to check it out and have explained their findings thoroughly.. I would definitely recommend!!

Michael's saves the day again!!
In August, I brought my van into Michael's for a routine oil change before heading out on a cross-country trip with my family. A few hours after I dropped the vehicle off, I received a message from them saying my tires were completely shot (along with photos) and that they would not recommend driving out of Ballston Spa without changing them, let alone driving to Minnesota and back. Within 24 hours I had a new set of 4 tires, and the peace of mind knowing that we'd make it to our destination safe and sound without an tire issues. Thanks again for the great service!
