Ascending service professional knew what they were talking about Glenda system. Manager went above and beyond and made sure that all expectations were on my end and also went over everything thoroughly. We definitely highly recommend him to friends and family and will also recommend him to fellow departments.

I have been using Midas (the Glenville store specifically) forever a decade. I've seen it go through several managers. One thing that didn't change was the friendliness of all the employees and managers! They would explain in detail all things they had done for the several different cars I've owned. Never had a problem with them. Current mgr very welcoming and easy to talk to. Don't have anything bad to say about the store. Job well done!

Rear brakes and rotors in less than 4 hours no appointment. Excellent customer service with explanations and pictures of necessary repairs. Have had multiple vehicles serviced with good results.

I have made an appointment with Midas for a tire repair on my wife’s car, when I arrived at the shop Matt greeted me , it was a short wait and the car was in the shop for the tire repair, Matt explained the new paperless process, I was quite impressed to see this being always used to paperwork, it wasn’t long at all the repairs were done, all the information and digital pictures and video was sent to my phone, this is very impressive, I will definitely recommend this shop for repairs.
