“I definitely had to take the time to write a review because I feel that it's well deserved. I was trying to ship my father a pair of winter boots for Christmas and had first gone to UPS who quoted me $45 to send them to Texas. Considering I had paid a little over $60 for them, I didn't want to spend that much to ship them. Bryan was phenomenal in helping to make the shipping cost slightly more affordable. I still had to pay $30 but his generosity made the price seem more manageable. I just really wanted to get the boots to him since they didn't come in time while he was still living in Massachusetts. Bryan definitely made one headache more tolerable. Thank you.”

“This post office is fine, they're open later than most especially on Saturdays. Keep in mind they close for an entire house for lunch, 2-3.The lines can get long here, lots of people come with completely unpacked items and want to ship something, which can make it take 20+ minutes sometimes if there's a couple people in line unprepared as there is only one teller at a time.They do their best to handle it though, so that's really not on USPS.”
“I go to this UPS store for all my returns. Have always had a positive experience with the employees. I really feel bad for them sometimes though because they deal with a lot of dickhead customers that I seen firsthand. Couldn’t be me”

“I really have nothing bad to say about this post office, even if I tried, which I think many people do, just because of the stigma the phrase "US Post Office" is commonly associated with. I get it. I've been to plenty Post Offices in my life to feel the same. This place, however, really is different, and special. Why? Well, maybe for me because it is hidden in a popular strip mall just minutes from my work. That means not only can I take care of postal stuff quickly at lunch, I can also grab a bite and still be in time for my 1:00pm meeting. Also, I don't know if it is because of the location, or that people just don't mail stuff any more these days, but there is hardly ever a line.It is a tiny spot, not like the Post Offices in Down Town Albany, but it still has everything, and the Postal Workers at the counter are always pleasant. My favorite thing about this post office, is that they are open Saturday until 5pm. That is always nice when I need to take care of some mailings on the weekend. You won't find many other post offices open all day Saturday, which leads me to believe many more people appreciate and use this location. And, like I said, if going on a Saturday, I always pick a nice place to eat in the plaza, which has many.”

“I had a lost package. I called the post office and open a case to find the package. The post lady called me on Friday and informed me that she would look into the problem. On Monday, she called me back and assured me that I would get a pink slip in the mail the next day. When I got home from work the pink slip was in my mailbox like she promise. I was so worried that I would not get my package but I got it. Thank you for your help and reassuring me.”
“Patient, accommodating and friendly staff, particularly John. I had 3 priority mail packages to send and I was with my 2 year old so I was already anxious coming in. I prepared all packages at home and prefilled the customs forms (like I usually do) to make processing at the counter “easier and quick”. I’ve always had unpleasant experiences at the post office (Jessup, Maryland) when sending 2 or more packages and had in the past been told to call ahead to make an appointment due to the number of packages I had to send which was 2-4. These particular packages needed to be sent today and I was nervous coming in without an appointment and I had my 2 year old. I was first greeted by a lovely staff member whose name I wish I got. At the counter, John was warm, friendly, accommodating and more importantly, patient with me and my daughter. I can’t thank him enough. USPS at the Nott St location provided the best customer service experience and have gained a regular customer.”
“A solid post office. This is a good, honest post office in my experience. I have lived upstate for a while and I feel fortunate that this is my local post office because if your local one is bad it can really be the bane of one's existence regardless of how nice a place you live.I would also like to mention that the staff here are wonderful and will go out of their way to be of assistance to you which has not gone unappreciated by me. Jacob, Maddie, and Justin (new carrier) have all gone above and beyond in assisting me during a difficult time (being temporarily displaced from my apt due to construction then being moved back) and I had to mention them.Thanks so much to Jacob in particular for going out of his way to locate, scan and hand me my mail shortly after closing one rainy, stressful day when my mail was being held... the kind of customer service you don't often get.Thank you Heritage Station for hiring friendly and high quality staff.”
“I was able to make a passport apointment online for the next day, which was awesome! The postal worker was ready right on time, he was really helpful and kind, and my entire passport appointment only took about 15 minutes (and that included taking the passport pictures). Everyone that works there is always so nice and friendly. Also, I love that they are right across the street from the library!”

“Judith was very professional helping us with our passports on 4/29 in the afternoon. Unfortunately- she had to babysit entitled, rude people during our transaction that felt their inability to read, wait in line and follow simple instructions needed to be everyone's problem but their own. To the young punk in the Adams Heating and Cooling t-shirt, please do the world a favor and grow up. If i was a person that had feelings, I would feel bad that your mother didn't hold you enough when you were a baby but I'm not that guy. Great job Judith!!”

“Donna is a fantastic worker, she is always positive and engaging, and my packages always see their way out in one piece.The only negative feedback i can think of is the very large gap time in the middle of the day when the office is closed, i feel like this location is busy enough that there should be more than one person on the clock at one time, so breaks are covered.”
