Used Vicki's last year. Seemed to be fine. Very nice lady. However, this year, she got all my numbers completely wrong, including my birthday. I tried to contact her via the phone & email to discuss the issues, no reply from her. I had to bring my taxes to another tax service to clean up her mistakes. Besides my birthday, she put down my earnings incorrectly. On my state return she never put in any of the money deducted from my paycheck. In fact, her figures showed I owed the state more than $1,600. After the other service redid my taxes, ended up, I get a refund of over $2,900. How could someone get something THAT wrong? Very disappointed. Was so pleased last year, this year right down the toilet!
