The carriers don't seem to understand that the back opening of our box is larger than the front opening (I live in an apartment). I can't even open my box because something has been stuck in there for the past 2 days. This has happened countless times and calling doesn't make a difference anymore. However, the desk people are very nice and I've never had an issue at the Post Office itself.

This is the best post office in the nation.* It's clean, it's bright, and there's never a line. It's run by a gem of a lady named Linda, who not only shares that name with my mother-in-law, but she is also so friendly, so helpful, and just so, so nice. This is the post office my wife grew up with, and she didn't understand why everyone hates the post office until she moved to Brooklyn. Having been to this post office recently, now I get where she was coming from. I'd rather fly up to Rochester to take care of mail-related issues here than deal with it all at home. ____________ *I suppose I haven't actually been to every post office in the nation, but I feel confident saying that it doesn't get any better than this.
