“I don’t know WHAT people are talking about, this place has been my mom and I’s go to birthday splurge every year since 2020! I’d go and blow my paycheck all the time if I didn’t live in Brooklyn!I’ve not had an unsuccessful orchid from here. Ever. They always are healthy, stay alive, and my oldest Sharry Baby I bought has 4 stems growing right now. If an orchid has been unsuccessful at reblooming— it’s 100% been because the growing conditions in my home were subpar. I LOVE talking shop about orchids with the owner’s son— he knows EVERYTHING about these plants and has never steered us wrong. From latin names, to culture sheets, to the ORIGINS of a hybrid— he knows it all.For NURSERY grown GRADE A orchids, of course it will be more expensive than a grocery store, but less expensive than your standard nursery (I’m talking those places that charge you $60 for a white moth orchid). I’m shocked that people would be so picky about these plants, especially when this is one of the few places in the area that supplies some rare gems for FAIR pricing. I recommend to everyone I know.”

He visited our home, offered valuable suggestions and gave a detailed written estimate. He always returned our calls and answered questions promptly.The workers came on the day and time promised, were courteous and cleaned up thoroughly.We are planning another landscaping proect for next Spring, and based on our positive experience will call on Zaino's again.”

“A very down to earth nursery with a fairly priced large selection. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We very much enjoyed our first visit here, will definitely be coming back in the April for their roses. CASH & CHECKS ONLY.We were told that they open year-around, they will have pumpkins in the fall and Christmas trees in the winter. Roses will be potted up in March and put out in April.”

“Went in on a whim and Danna made me a gorgeous bouquet in minutes! Best of all, it was so reasonably priced! I loved talking about what flowers would go well together and my wife was thrilled with the result. Parking can be a bit tricky sometimes in downtown Harrison, but this spot is worth a visit! They get fresh flower deliveries twice a day and I can believe it - the flowers have lasted almost a week now and are still looking great.”

“Contrary to many opinions here, I've sincerely never had a problem with this location. I am in the middle of a renovation and frequently come here with my general contractor. We're usually prepared with measurements, narrow down our shopping list by looking online at what's in stock, and don't hold up the clerk by asking many questions. The types of services that I use are: 1. installation services (allow yourself some time), 2. general store purchase, 3. store purchase with assistance getting heavy things down from shelves or other types of assistance, 4. home delivery and online purchases, 5. Pro Services (with my contractor). Go in, pick up what you need, pay, then leave. Just like any other store.”

Not only were they stunning, the driver had the wrong address and phone . The store manager called me in Connand the person who was receiving the flowers insure the address was correct . This day was before Valentines Day and it snowing , sleeting and rainy . They truly showed the professionalism .”
