Absolutely no customer service at all! Totally inappropriate, unprofessional, unavailable telephone customer service! I'm not able to make payments to my loan on the phone. There is an eternal wait! No one comes to the phone. This is absolutely unacceptable! Fix this major issue BFCU!

I found Seaford to be a nightmare. Totally uncaring that they are engaging in unacceptable practices. They opened my business account incorrectly, causing me endless headaches. Nobody cares to fix it. It seems THEY DON'T KNOW HOW! My business is a DBA with its own tax ID#. They opened my business account under MY personal name/the business name, and MY SS# (I brought in all the federal paperwork with the business' federal tax ID. They should have simply used that #). This causes huge problems with IRS filings. The checkbooks they issued me for this business account have MY PERSONAL name and HOME address, instead of the business name and business address. Again an IRS red flag AND totally unprofessional looking when I purchase things for the business using checks with my name and home address. When I bring this up at the branch and ask for help, the tellers (especially the arrogant tall red haired guy) treat me like I'm annoying them. An equally incompetent male manager comes out from the back, shrugs, and basically says "that's the way it is. Sorry."No problem. This month I just took my $51,000 women-owned-business-grant to Teachers FCU and presto, I now have a perfectly good business account and checks with the business name and address on them. It wasn't that hard, Seaford BFCU.Seaford, if you want people to trust you with their money, PLEASE train your employees to know how to open and operate a business account.(and treat customers with respect when they need help).I was a member since 1988. BFCU used to be good. Since 2021, not anymore.

The people at the desk not to tellers , managers assistant managers are unapproachable I waited in line for 10 minutes to see a teller then I was told I need to see someone at the desk I was standing there for 10 minutes trying to get someone at the desk and now he’s sending me to the desk and the guy behind the desk was looking at me in the past 10 minutes One would think that if there’s a line of people at teller someone from behind the desk would come out and say does anyone here need help other than A teller

Honestly, Bethpage has the worst ATMs in the world. This one in particular is broken every other week and almost never detects cash deposits. About to close my accounts.

I have been with Bethpage credit union for 16 years. This is the best bank I have ever been with in my 40 years of banking. Buy the way it's not a bank, its a credit union. I have been in 3 credit unions before. I only do all my business with BFCU. Morgages.. loans..home equity. All are easier to do with less fees. Great credit union recomend it.

The branch itself is excellent, hands down. But the outside ATM...needs a SERIOUS upgrade. Every other ATM at Bethpage, you're able to insert multiple checks at once for deposit. Not this one. You have too insert every check individually (repeating your PIN # everytime with the "Another Transaction" option) and it takes FOREVER if you have multiple checks. Get with the times, Seaford branch!

What a ridiculous experience so far. Constant problems logging in. I've wasted 5 hrs of my life on that alone. They have horrible tech, confusing apps, its ridiculous. I am switching my accounts to a competent com Update *** I raised it from 1 star to 3 stars. They have updated their apps and integration to a liveable level. Otherwise customer service is meh. The only good thing about them is their APR.

Had the bad experience of having to cancel my debit card due to my wallet being stolen and after dealing with the Bethpage representative I felt even worse of. She was totally uncaring and when I did not get one of the questions right to what the exact number of my last deposit was down to the penny she had quite the attitude. Very disappointed in their customer service.
