I called around on a Saturday to get my cars AC looked at and got to meet Doug. He was so kind, dedicated, and determined to get the repair job done. Explained everything and a great guy. We have a new mechanic and I will be telling everyone we know to bring their car to Midas in Seaford. Doug and TJ are very knowledgeable and honest.

Just had work done on my car at Midas in Seaford NY. Tj and Doug were great! They explained everything throughly and were very understanding. They worked very hard to make sure my car was running & everything was all fixed. I highly recommend them, Great service 👍

My experience here is There seems to always be communication between the shop and the customer. Clear concise. Generally decent guys., So far the work that has been done on the car has been good. No problems so far.

Doug was out so TJ was the man in charge. As usual, Midas on Sunrise Hiwy was awesome. TJ handled my requests and gave me some price breaks and honest opinion.
Although the repair was expensive, it was way less then Toyota wanted to charge me. My car is a hybrid and TJ knew everything I needed to get back on the road safely.
GREAT customer service. Have been coming here for years and have NEVER been disappointed with the work they do. Quality from beginning to end.
I heartily recommend this place for dependable auto repair and discounted prices. TJ and Doug are top notch professionals.

Good initial impression, quickly deteriorated. Doug is a nice guy and is friendly with the community but that's where the compliments to this shop end. I've used this shops services a couple times, for the most recent I took my car in for an oil change and a NYS inspection, I asked him to check the battery as it had been taking an extra crank or two to start in the mornings. He said the battery was bad and needed to be replaced despite being about a year old. He assured me he checked the starter,and for any electrical components that may be draining the battery quickly,after installing a new one for $325,with a lower CCA than the battery that was already present (which I had informed him was under warranty and would prefer him not to replace as I could get a new one for free),I returned home. The next two mornings it took even longer to turn over. Either he didn't install the right battery or didn't perform due diligence in checking other components. Either way,it's clear he took advantage of a returning customer who knows very little about cars. His kindness doesn't equal quality,if anything it disarms his customers and makes them more willing to overlook exploitation. After looking into the CCA necessary for starting my particular vehicle I found it needed 480,the initial test was showing my old battery was putting out over 500. While the one he installed is rated for exactly 480. Entirely unnecessary replacement.
He often approaches people in the waiting room,offering them discounts if they are willing to leave a positive review. Wonder why?
