“The moving crew that moved my wife and I in IN less than 4 hours are efficient professional courteous knowledgeable and extremely fair priced compared to many other moving estimates that we had obtained. So much so that after I negotiated a flat rate, regardless of the hours it would take, they surprised me by indicating that if the hourly rate came out cheaper they’d give me the lowest of the two rates…you can’t ask for more than that!
With that deal you certainly wouldn’t expect the workers to hustle and come in with a per hour dollar amount less than the previously negotiated flat rate….which was very reasonable in the first place.
WOULDN'T YOU KNOW IT the hourly rate came out cheaper because of the speed and efficiency of their workers that day and I saved $300 off the negotiated flat rate!

Further, seeing as we were moving our existing furniture into this new space; the locations of where to put things room by room became a challenge and a struggle to say the least.
We were having a particularly difficult time arranging our furniture into a large living room with high ceilings, that included a large 3 piece, 2 level, wall unit that needed to be attached top to bottom and side to side adjoined to each other. The room also included a large couch and 2 good sized arm chairs…when it was all arranged and in place by our own decision we were a little disappointed at the appearance but at a loss as to what to do?
The foreman of the crew, sensing our frustration asked if we wouldn’t mind a suggestion? Of course we didn’t mind as we were clueless as to how to fix this positioning. The foreman suggested we reverse the entire room pointing out to us that the large already assembled 3 pieces, 2 levels high wall unit would fit nicely and look much better on the alcove section of the room and not on the huge high ceiling wall of the room making it look smaller than it truly is.
We said “ you would have your men disassemble this huge wall unit that they had just put together on one side of the room and reassemble it on the other side where the foreman suggested.” He said sure we would as that’s what we do!!
I can’t tell the difference that switch made in the appearance if the room ! We are delighted with the outcome and so appreciative of the efforts that the entire crew made to make this change. I have a similar story about the reassembly of a large Horizon treadmill but you get the idea

“Thank you to the team at Codi Transport I was able to receive 3 20 Yard Roll Off containers at an amazing pricing! We recently had a passing in our family and had to clean out our grandmother's house immediately before putting the house for sale. The containers were dropped off at our perfered time and were placed where we wanted them. Both the drivers and the office team did an extravagant job with helping us throughout the entire process. They were superlative in wrapping our fragile items and all our belongings into the 3 storage bins that were required. Just a fantastic effort from start to finish.
Just recently, Molloy moved all our goods from LI to Annapolis, MD and did an outstanding job. Terrific team moved our goods into our apartment as well as into new storage units. “My mother and I used the services of Smart Choice Moving and Trucking INC. in order to move our belongings out of our storage unit and into our new apartment on March 10th. When I called for the first time, the estimate that I was given was reasonable and fit within my budget.

On the day of the move out, everything went smoothly and painlessly. The two gentlemen who helped us move everything--I believe that it was Mr. Phillip and Brock (I sincerely apologize if I spelled your name incorrectly)--were both kind, worked in a careful, neat, and organized manner, and treated our property with care and respect, both when they loaded everything onto the truck and when they took everything off of the truck and brought our belongings inside of our apartment.

Midway through the job, I realized that my mother had unintentionally given me a significantly underestimated value of the number of boxes and bags that we had to have moved when I had originally called to ask for an estimate. Instead of being angry or upset about this, Mr. Phillip and Brock happily continued the job past the allotted time frame. They even placed my powerchair in their truck at the very last minute when the original transportation plans that I had for that fell through.

Sidenote: I paid them extra for transporting my powerchair and made sure to tip them both very well on top of that after the job was complete, in order to make up for the fact that we had accidentally underestimated how much stuff had to be moved.

In short, my experience using Smart Choice Moving and Trucking INC. was a great one. The guys who work there are fantastic people who take their job seriously and strive to make their customers happy. If I ever have to move again in the future, I would use them again in a heartbeat.
