Seriously, I'm surprised ? the price of the clothes being used is exaggerated, a high chair for a baby, almost $80, all damaged. And girls' dresses up to $12 when new can be worth the same or cheaper. No wonder there wasn't a soul in that place other than those who serve. ? Don't waste your time going to this place a thousand times going to the store to buy new clothes.

Every time I go I find cute items for my son and at a very good price. This store is worth visiting, I recommend it!??

Well organized baby and tot clothes by size. Great to find gently used second hand toys books and clothes.

Personalities of the staff there is beyond horrendous. They’re definitely miserable thats the job that they have to wake up for. The prices that you get for an item is insane. Then you come to find said item on their shelf is selling for 12x the amount it was purchased. Never again I’d rather burn my items or donate them instead of bringing them here.

I went to donate baby boy cloths and Halloween costumes. Before I dropped off they never told me I had to have the original bag for the costumes and that they were not accepting boy cloths. (I had called before going) I couldn’t make it back on time to pick up so I decided to leave it to “donate” but I should have taken it somewhere else to have it actually donated because I know for fact they are going to sell the cloths! Will never go there!

I got $5.40 for a whole bag of clothes. It's a scam. They claim they give this little because they sell clothes cheaper. Every item on the rack was from $6 and up. Not worth it. Better to leave the clothes outside your house and give it someone who really needs it. You spend more on gas to get to the store than what you can get for a whole bag of clothes.

Went to try to sell some old baby clothes and kids clothes that were beautiful and near new condition. When there we were told they dont take anything over 4 years old and that they prefer designer labels. Never going there again.

I love once upon a child! It's great when you have a toddler who zooms through sizes and you need to buy a new size in what feels like every other week. The amount of clothes I get for my toddler for the price cannot be beat. I also love the variety they have. It's also nice to have a place where you can sell your old clothes in return. I have met nothing but friendly staff there who is always willing to help you!

I have been going to the store for over 20 years... I even went when it was in its old location. This is the first time that I ever felt that the employees especially the older woman that was there was downright nasty and rude... Could not be bothered answering questions. The store is run by young girls from high school and they are usually helpful. I had a question about a discount card that I had from years and years ago and it was actually crazy with the rude answers I was getting and they were looking at me like I was making it up about having a discount card until I went to my car and got it then they told me it wasn't from the store despite having the address on the card. The old lady that worked there could barely lift her head to answer me... Totally put off by the whole place now

Upon reading the reviews I was hesitant to check this place out but it sooo happy I did. My son (4 months old) and I went at about 10 am. We had a small bin of clothes. The drop off was super simple you sign your name and they tell you the wait time. They even give you the option of picking up the items at 6pm. The wait time was only an hour so we decided to shop. A lot of people do drop off things and the drop off section did get busier as we were shopping. The clothing selection was amazing. We found so many name brand clothes for cheap prices. The staff was super nice the whole time. My son was giggling at them and they were having a grand old time with him. After my clothes were checked I didn’t except to get much but my little bucket ended up earning me $30 which was awesome because i definitely picked out a whole bag full of clothing from the racks.I will definitely be coming back to shop and to bring in more clothing as my son grows out of it.**attaching a photo of the awesome clothes I picked up**

I am absolutely so disgusted with the customer service at this store. I got to the store at 10:59 and had to wait behind 2 other people so by the time I got to the register it was 11:03. I wanted to sell my deceased child’s clothes as it is extremely hard keeping it around with him not here. I finally got to the courage to bring it, and got turned away because it was 11:03 when I got to the register. The way I was turned away is truly astonishing. She said “oh it’s 11:03 I’m sorry we have a 3 hr wait already”. After explaining all of that none of them cared. I am so hurt considering I used to shop here all the time. Truthfully because of this experience, I do not think I will ever shop here again.

I had zero expectations so wasn’t offended. The sales staff don’t say a word. The clothes and toys are meh at best. Never sold here and after reading these reviews, I’ll just posh my used stuff.

The place is clean and neat enough. Thrift stores are not that easy to keep organized but this one is ok. I have heard others, particularly parents looking for some bargains, mentioned this place to me in the past. It's a good place to find used toys for cheap if you are not very picky.

Horrible place- terrible service by young girls who are very passive aggressive. Please be careful aswell- they claim short staffing due to covid outbreak yet none of them wear a mask to protect the public walking in without one. And this is a childrens store. Shameful

They “cash out” your items before allowing you to see them since they verify the pay out over the phone. I received a phone call that my items were ready and the pay out was $10. I said okay and I was on my way.I’ve been to other places like Plato’s Closet, you arrive and they show you all the items they accepted prior to paying you. I asked if I could see what items they took and she showed me a receipt (which I said wasn’t helpful). They took over 10 items, H&M, Nike, adidas, etc. I explained that receiving less than $1 per name brand item isn’t something I agree with and would like to see exactly what items they took. After giving me a hard time, the young girl basically slapped my items on the counter and said “here! You can decide if you want to take it all”.When I said I was going to take the items instead of receiving a payout, she said “for future reference, you agreed to sell the items over the phone”Well, for future reference in no way shape or form can you confirm a sell and payout over the phone without seeing a receipt or items.Do yourself a favor and avoid the hassle and horrible customer service. I would much rather donate clothing to a friend.
